What I had to say about this:

"The first time I fell in love?

It was for a boy named Tito.

I was on 5th grade and he sent me a ripped paper note

Asking if I wanted to be his girlfriend…

Ceará

Just playing with recent photos and some texture.

In Portuguese:

Cheguei inspiradíssima do Ceará, tanto que ontem já fui fazer uma aula de crochê. Quero um dia fazer uma bordinha de crochê no meu papel e confeccionar minhas flores. Enquanto aprendo a manejar minha agulha e entender a trama dos fios que ali se enlaçam, brinco com papel e textura mesmo. Nesse layout usei de tudo um pouco, como podem ver nos detalhes...

O Brasil é mesmo um lugar muito especial!

I worked a photo with me and the lovely Sasha Holloway that was taken at SISiversary 2009. I don´t think this is a very nice photo, but it was the best I had from us and I wanted to scrap this great moment.

Crochet

Now that I´m back I just couldn´t help start working with my scissors. Oh, I´m so inspired by everything I saw at Ceará that I just had to work with texture, colors and kitschy. 

The first layout I can share with you guys is this one, Crochet, a Kitschy Digitals hybrid layout where I used the Vintage Stacked Flowers Kit, an amazing kit with plastic flowers designed by Danielle Thompson.
